Neurosurgical’s anesthesia physicians needed consulting expertise to quickly establish their practice and develop a comprehensive financial and business strategy. Per-Se’s team of consultants established a complete business infrastructure in a short time period. Following the successful practice formation, Neurosurgical Anesthesiologists selected Per-Se’s anesthesia operations specialists to provide ongoing revenue cycle management services, including complex anesthesia reimbursement coding and billing. Per-Se’s consultant team will also provide continuing financial management and strategic planning services as well as assistance with managed care contracting practices.
