Roger cofounded Healthcare Resource Associates in 1991 to focus on healthcare business office operations and the outsourcing of revenue cycle functions. Before HRA merged with The Outsource Group, the company grew to a staff of over 180 and provided services to most of the healthcare systems in the Carolinas. Roger is the incoming President of the North Carolina Chapter of HFMA and has been awarded the HFMA Follmer Bronze, Reeves Silver and Muncie Gold Awards of Merit for his service to the industry. Roger is a member of both the North Carolina Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Roger graduated from North Carolina State University in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics. (Rstroud@togarm.com)
