DECA Financial Services, LLC, a nationally licensed collection agency, announced the signing of a marketing agreement with Savannah, Georgia based Healthpac.

“Healthpac is well known in the healthcare industry for its medical billing and practice management solutions and DECA fits in well with their client base as a bad debt recovery partner” states John Owen, Director of Client Development for DECA.

The marketing agreement allows Healthpac to promote DECA’s services to all its clientele through a seamless interface between Healthpac’s practice management software directly to DECA.  DECA will service all stages of bad debt from early-out (pre-collections) through traditional bad debt collections.

DECA offers each Healthpac client an in-depth revenue cycle analysis of their current debt portfolio providing a detailed report of trends and attributes contributing to the collectability of their debt, along with a forecast for liquidation.  Each client is then offered a performance guarantee to increase their current performance of collections.
