MUNCIE, Ind. – Ontario Systems, a leading accounts receivable technology and services provider, announced it will present ACA International President and Capio Partners Chairman Jim Richards with its inaugural Pinnacle Award. Richards will be in attendance at PowerUp 2015, the company’s annual user conference, to receive the honor during the event’s opening session on October 7.

“Each year, we plan to offer the Pinnacle Award to a member of our extended family of customers and valued partners who have made outstanding and significant achievements in innovation, technology and leadership over the course of their career,” says Mike Meyer, Senior Director of Sales with Ontario Systems. “Jim is a visionary in our industry who has become an expert in the technology that drives success in the receivables market. He has pushed our company over the years to be better, and we’ve become better for it.”

Richards was named ACA International’s president-elect in the summer of 2014. Prior to his election, he served as a vice president of operations with GC Services, president of Medaphis Services Corporation and founded both West Asset Management (1999) and Capio Partners (2008).

“Jim loves this business,” adds Mark Dietrich, Capio Partners CEO. “He’s left a legacy here in a lot of ways, achieving a lot of firsts, orchestrating a lot of big contracts, and building a lot of great companies and great careers for other people. Jim is always looking for a way for everyone to win. No one leaves one of his deals feeling sorry – they always feel like they’ve gotten something out of it.”

“One of the major goals of our conference every year is to honor the visionaries in our industry who carry the torch,” says Ontario Systems CEO Ron Fauquher. “Jim is one of the ‘good guys’ – he has always worked to establish reputable practices that continue to make our industry great. I look forward to shaking his hand in Indianapolis this October, as well as our other customers and partners breaking ground in new and exciting ways.”

More details and registration information about PowerUp 2015 are available at powerup.ontariosystems.com. The conference runs October 7-9 at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown.
