RGS Financial, Inc. once again collected non-perishable food items for the North Texas Food Bank during its annual November Food Drive. This years goal was 3,000 non-perishable items, but the employees at RGS were not satisfied with that number. The employees at RGS did not stop giving until they reached over 5,000 cans and boxes!

The North Texas Food Bank is one of the largest non-profit distributors of food and prepared meals in America. There are an estimated 800,000 people in North Texas who are food in-secure, and it is estimated that 1 in every 4 children in North Texas will go hungry today. The work that the North Texas Food Bank does is amazing. Thus far in 2013 they have provided the local community with over 62,000,000 nutritious meals. Everyday the North Texas Food Bank reaches thousands and RGS Financial, Inc. is proud to help them help others.

RGS would like to give a special thanks to Collection Manager Bernard Lloyd for orchestrating this year’s food drive and to CEO and ACA of Texas President Michael Ryalls for his support in the project.
