Mercantile Adjustment Bureau, LLC is pleased to announce their 2012 charitable donations through their Employee Charitable Contribution Program. Through this unique program, they raised and provided to numerous eligible charities over $71,900 in 2012.

Mercantile fully supports, administers, and contributes to this program. An internal Charitable Contributions Committee comprised of employees votes on which organizations the program’s funds will be allocated to. Proposals for charity donations are submitted to the committee by Mercantile’s employees.

“Mercantile employees are generous in their contributions and passionate about the organizations we support,” said VP Human Resources Xan Kramer. “We are proud to be involved in our local communities and have witnessed firsthand the impact of our donations.”

Mercantile donates to a variety of organizations such as March for Dimes, Habitat for Humanity, Red Cross, Boys & Girls Club of Tampa Bay, Buffalo City Mission, Ronald McDonald House, Nuts for Mutts Rescue, WNY Komen Race For The Cure, Response to Love Center and many more. The Charitable Contribution Committee is looking forward to reviewing employee proposals for donations in 2013 and the expectation is to raise significantly more money from the generous giving of employees who have joined Mercantile through its acquisition of Creditors Interchange.

“Our employees have been very generous and participatory to our charities,” said CFO Pamela Brewer. “I’ve been affiliated with Susan G Komen of WNY for almost 10 years, being a board member and a volunteer for Race For The Cure.  Mercantile Adjustment Bureau employees run in this race annually and raise extra money for work of education and research for breast cancer awareness.”
