Sarma Collections, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of San Antonio Retail Merchants Association (“Sarma”), welcomes two new additions to the Collections Division.

Jackie Frost was recently hired as Sr. Account Executive.  Jackie will be responsible for procuring early out and collection accounts in the medical and financial arenas.

Jackie spent 25 years with SBC/AT&T in Business Marketing Sales and Management. Jackie has more than 12 years of sales experience in the Collection Industry.  She was previously with Sarma Collections Inc. for over 4 years, so we feel very fortunate to have her return.

Jackie is excellent at building strong relationships with her clients; both in the Healthcare and Financial industries. We had numerous clients notify Sarma their delight that she had returned to their accounts. Jackie attended Amarillo Jr. College in Amarillo, TX. and received specialized training in Sales with SBC Corporation.

James Lawson was hired as National Account Executive. James will be responsible for procuring pre and post charge-off accounts in the Bankcard, Deficiency, and Retail collections arena.

With more than 35 years of experience in the collections and financial services business, James plans to leverage his capabilities to build additional business in alignment with the company’s strategic plans for immediate growth.

Mr. Lawson has a reputation for being a results oriented, hands on sales professional within the Financial Services and Healthcare industry and is highly respected by his clients, employers, and peers. Prior to joining Sarma Collections, Inc., James served as National Account Executive at CBCS in Columbus, Ohio.  He also played key roles in business development at Ocwen Recovery Group and FMA Alliance. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Human Relations from Mid-America Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas.
