Merchants Association Collection Division (MACD) and Fitness Financial Services, divisions of Merchants Association of Florida, Inc. (MAF), are excited to announce and welcome the addition of two new employees to the executive team.

Kim Giraldo joins the MAF team as Vice President of Operations. Within this role, Giraldo will manage the day-to-day operations of MAF’s third party collection and extended business office services.

“I am excited about being a part of the MAF family and working closely with leadership to expand our current client relationships and enhance our workflow processes,” Giraldo said. “I am a firm believer that in order to achieve a different outcome, you must be willing to change the current behavior. My goal is to ensure we have the required tools and training for us to succeed in this industry.”

Giraldo comes to MAF with over 20 years of experience in healthcare financial operations. Most recently, Giraldo was the owner and President of LK Solutions, Inc., a managed care consulting and receivable management company. In 2011, her company developed and received a service mark for PACCSM (Patient Access Contact Center) which centralizes and standardizes scheduling and pre-registration functions for hospital patient access departments.

In addition to her 8 years of consulting, Giraldo has served as Patient Financial Service Director for Catholic Health Initiatives. “Kim’s solid background within the healthcare industry will serve Merchants well as we continue to build upon our already solid footprint in this vertical,” said Erik Greer, President.

Enrique Bello joins MAF as Vice President of Strategy and Analytics responsible for developing best in class processes and procedures that will maximize revenue for our customers.

Bello brings with him over 15 years of experience in the accounts receivable management industry. He comes to MAF from CBCS where he served as the chief strategist for a nationally recognized organization in the healthcare, utilities, and telecommunications industry. Greer stated, “Enrique possesses the rare mix of operational and analytical skills that will only help strengthen our senior executive team in order to provide exceptional service to our existing and future customers.”

MAF is pleased to have Kim and Enrique on board, and look forward to a prosperous future with them.
