Marty Sarim, President and COO of Enhanced Recovery Company, LLC (“ERC”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Pam Brown to the position of Vice President of Business Development and welcomes Pam to the ERC team.  Pam is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of industry experience spanning both operations and business development roles.

Prior to joining ERC Pam was previously responsible for business development at Leading Edge Recovery Solutions, LLC, and Focus Receivable Management.  Prior to her role at Focus Pam managed Agency Outsourcing for Citibank where she managed 5 of Citibank’s outsourcing vendor relationships.
