EOS Canada Inc., d/b/a EOS NCN, has announced the appointment of accounts receivable management industry veteran, Mr. James Shaw as Chief Operating Officer of EOS NCN, a Canadian ARO (Accounts Receivable Outsourcing) company and a subsidiary of the EOS Group.

As COO, Jim will have complete oversight of operations, sales, back office, and finance functions for EOS NCN across all Canadian provincial offices. In this role, he will continue to build an organization focused on client care and receivable management excellence, while overseeing operational strategy with responsibility for the operational budget.

Jim has over 20 years’ experience in the Accounts Receivable Outsourcing industry; most recently the Senior Vice President and Country Manager for iQor Canada Ltd. but also including a number of roles at Equifax Canada, Inc.

Jim Shaw commented, “I am pleased and excited to join the EOS NCN team and I look forward to expanding on what is already a successful, national presence in the receivables management industry.”

CEO, Paul Leary Jr. added, “We made the decision to add Jim to our team because of his strong industry experience, and because his business approach is aligned with our corporate culture of high integrity and top performance.”
