EOS Canada Inc., d/b/a EOS NCN, has announced the appointment of accounts receivable management industry veteran, Mr. James Shaw as Chief Operating Officer of EOS NCN, a Canadian ARO (Accounts Receivable Outsourcing) company and a subsidiary of the EOS Group.

As COO, Jim will have complete oversight of operations, sales, back office, and finance functions for EOS NCN across all Canadian provincial offices. In this role, he will continue to build an organization focused on client care and receivable management excellence, while overseeing operational strategy with responsibility for the operational budget.

Jim has over 20 years’ experience in the Accounts Receivable Outsourcing industry; most recently the Senior Vice President and Country Manager for iQor Canada Ltd. but also including a number of roles at Equifax Canada, Inc.

His longstanding interest in accounts receivable management propelled him to serve as President of the Ontario Society of Collection Agencies (O.S.C.A.), a not-for-profit group comprised of many of the top Canadian agencies, and focused on education, marketing and legislative issues affecting the risk management market in Canada, from 2003 to 2006.
