Hollis Cobb hires David A. Prado, Esq. as General Counsel. David will serve a significant role in providing leadership and direction for Hollis Cobb’s compliance efforts.
He will also serve as corporate liaison to governmental agencies that are relevant to the ARM industry as the company keeps up with the ever changing compliance landscape. In addition to leading the compliance area, David will also play a significant role in M&A support and corporate legal support.

David graduated from the University of Georgia and attended the impressive Elon School of Law.
He has several years of Administrative law experience as a judicial clerk in which he researched and drafted numerous decisions for the judges sitting with the Georgia Office of Administrative Hearings. Those decisions varied in subject matter from unemployment determination hearings to state tax matters. Most notably, David served as strategic advisor to the court in interpreting evidentiary issues in regards to Georgia’s State Constitutional issues related to the application of election laws.
