Continental Service Group, Inc., d.b.a. ConServe, is pleased to announce that it is planning to create over 100 additional positions over the next 12 months.  ConServe’s steadfast growth in the Higher Education, Commercial and Government markets, has created expansion opportunities in Sales, Operations, Client Relations, Human Resources, Compliance, IT and Finance.

ConServe has secured more than 50 significant service contracts in 2012 including selection by The State of Washington and The State of Nevada for Debt Collection Services through a competitive bid process to be their collection agency of choice for consumers, former state employees, commercial enterprises, and third party taxpayers.  The first transfer of accounts for Nevada and Washington is scheduled for first quarter of 2013.

“We are delighted that ConServe was selected by The State of Washington and The State of Nevada through a competitive process as one of the top bidders,” said Mark E. Davitt, President of ConServe.  “Our staff members are real time problem solvers, dedicated to helping find a solution that preserves a sense of control and individual self-esteem.  In today’s economy, it’s imperative that we work with people who are currently delinquent on their obligations to help them regain control of their finances and assist them in achieving long term fiscal well-being.”

ConServe has two production sites located in Rochester and Buffalo, New York, with its Corporate Offices at the Rochester location.

Founded in 1985, Continental Service Group, Inc. (dba ConServe), has provided accounts receivable management services in the higher education, government and commercial markets. ConServe was ranked as the #1 performing collection agency on the U.S. Department of Education’s student loan collection contract from 2004-2010.  In 2009, ConServe was again awarded a long term contract by the Department of Education and is currently among the top performers in this category.

ConServe has also achieved the ACA International Professional Practices Management System (PPMS) certification.  Less than 1% of collection agencies nationwide offer the benefits of this certification to their Clients. This designation is the collection industry’s standard for quality management.  ConServe was a recipient of the Rochester Business Ethics Award, listed on the Inc. Magazine’s 5000 fastest growing companies, named a Rochester Top 100 company 10 times in the last 11 years and named by insideARM.com as one of the Best Places to Work in Collections.
