Scholarship awards are administered by the San Joaquin County Office of Education.

CB Merchant Services, a financial services company that engages in accounts receivable management and debt collection, has distributed over $2,000,000 in grant funding and scholarships over the years. This year special consideration was given to support safety net services due to ongoing economic challenges in the community. The grants will be distributed by the Community Foundation of San Joaquin.
