COLOR TOPSentry Credit Inc., a nationally licensed Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) Company based in Everett WA, announces the acquisition of West Coast Adjustors, a collection agency that has been servicing the medical community for over 33 years.

WCA Color logoCo-founder James L Stewart stated “We couldn’t be more proud to represent the West Coast Adjusters brand”. Former owners Craig and Connie Nelson have built WCA into one of the premier medical collection agencies in the country and we look forward to providing the same stellar customer service and recovery that their clients have grown to expect. We are fortunate to have their daughter Kimberly Nelson join the Sentry team. Kimberly has worked for WCA for a combined total of over 27 years and will be a huge asset in our business development team. She will continue to service all of the WCA clients, as well as pursuing new client relationships.”

“I am very happy to have joined forces with such a likeminded company, operating with the same moral and ethical standards that I and my family had established owning and operating West Coast Adjusters all these years” said Kimberly Nelson.

“The team at WCA is clearly experts in medical collections. The growth potential is limitless with the talent, technology, analytics and best in Class Compliance Management Systems that Sentry Credit already has in place.” said Michael Mathis, Co-Founder of Sentry Credit, Inc.

Sentry Credit, Inc. was established in 1992 as a nationally licensed and bonded collection agency specializing in the servicing of medical, subrogation, financial services and property management debt. Early last year they successfully launched their commercial collection division (Stewart, Mathis & Associates) servicing business to business debt.
