Felicia Shade is the newest member of Southwest Credit’s executive management team. As the Vice President of Client Relations, Mrs. Shade fosters strong relationships with new and existing clients; manages the implementation and on-boarding of new business partners; and expands existing relationships as the primary point of contact for clients.

With over twenty-five years of industry experience in Operational Collection Management, Client Services, Sales, and Business Development, Mrs. Shade built a reputation for providing exceptional service by understanding and exceeding her clients’ expectations.
