On October 1st and 2nd, American InfoSource will host a highly-anticipated event in Washington D.C. focused around two of the most discussed topics in the industry: Brand Reputation and Risk Management.

Representatives from the nation’s largest financial institutions will converge for the inaugural AIS Debt Recovery Roundtable at the HYATT Regency Washington on Capitol Hill.

Senior-level strategy, compliance, and operations professionals will discuss legislation, regulatory policies and best practices for protecting their brands in today’s heightened regulatory environment.

What began in 2009 as a semi-annual Bankruptcy Summit will expand this year to include content on deceased account processing and debt settlement, while also touching on general collections.

Participants will listen to an accomplished lineup of speakers as they provide compelling insight and updates on the turbulent regulatory landscape facing those who practice in the consumer debt collections and recovery space.  View Roundtable Agenda

Day 1 of the roundtable will focus on strategy and compliance and will feature interactive presentations from members of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and Federal Trade Commission, as well as Counsel for the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Day 2 will consist of our bankruptcy breakout sessions. Here, AIS will pair its bankruptcy experts with leading Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 trustees to share the latest information regarding proposed legislation, case law, and operational best practices. Separate tracks will be available for Secured and Unsecured Issuers during the trustee breakout sessions.

A formal invitation is required to attend. At this time, the forum is designed for credit issuers only.
