insideARM is offering readers a chance to participate in an ARM industry survey to better understand how collections organizations are using contact center technology. Specifically, we are trying to gauge the popularity of predictive dialers served from the cloud.

In appreciation for your time, the first 400 qualified respondents completing this survey will receive a $25 VISA gift card.

If you are familiar with cloud-based predictive dialer technology, regardless of whether your company currently uses it, your perspective would be greatly appreciated. The survey is about five minutes long.

The link can be found below, and will be available until Tuesday, February 11th:

Thank you in advance for your time.
