Karen Gittings joins Brown and Joseph LTD as Consumer Collection Manager. Karen brings 20 plus years of experience in Compliance and Operations, with a focus on coaching, to her new position heading up the company’s personal line insurance portfolios.

Karen’s previous work managing and developing successful call center staff was achieved by tracking training and quality standards while utilizing teaching techniques designed to promote retention. By continuing to encourage the development of her employees and the use of measurement standards, she has been able to maintain quality assurance and increase revenue gain.

Chris Cappuccilli, CEO, states, “She has a proven track record and we are glad to have her join our consumer insurance team.”

Karen was previously employed as Senior Corporate Director of global training and recruiting at MRS. She went on to serve as Director of Caine & Weiner before joining the Brown and Joseph team.
