ROCK FALLS, Ill. –  Steel River Systems, LLC. (SRS), a service-disabled veteran-owned small business based in a Rock Falls, IL HUBZone, is excited to welcome James Lincoln to its executive team as Chief Operating Officer.  James’ decades of experience in student loans will be instrumental in ensuring the highest level of performance for SRS’s Federal Private Collection Agency (PCA) clients.

James’ experience includes over twenty years working on Federal student loans, including positions as contract administrator and vice president-level operations management at two PCAs. His keen understanding of student loan contracts, the market, and how to best service Federal student loan receivables, will help bring SRS to the front of the pack as a compliant performance leader.

We are very excited to have James as part of the team. His proven operations record as a top competitor, combined with an ability to predict and adapt to the ever-changing market, is a rare combination. These essential qualities will help us better serve our PCA clients,” said Corey Gabler, Managing Member at SRS.

When asked about this new opportunity, James commented, “I’m very excited about the strategic alliance of the skills, experience and knowledge Corey and I possess. By combining my expertise developed while leading highly-ranked ED contract performance and Corey’s experience in Skip Tracing, Admin Resolutions, and Business, we are an extremely valuable ally to any PCA to provide superior subcontracting services for the entire ED collection process! I’m looking forward to working with some of my former competitors as extensions of their teams! I foresee lots of great teamwork ahead and accomplishing some really great things!”

SRS is a member of the Fed Cetera Network, an organization comprising dozens of pre-qualified companies PCAs can hire to meet subcontracting goals, including those in all specially-designated socioeconomic groups.
