This panel, discussing topics pertinent to all levels of contact center leadership, comes at a time of evolving FCC and CFPB expectations.  Panelists represent a broad spectrum of experiences and specialties, bringing a diverse understanding of the relationships between maintaining compliance standards and satisfying all stakeholders.
