LiveVox Inc., the leading provider of cloud contact center solutions for enterprise operations, announced today that John McNamara, LiveVox Chief Marketing Officer, will join veteran operations and strategy leaders on a panel at the 2013 Financial Services Credit and Collections (FSCC) Conference in Chicago.

This panel, discussing topics pertinent to all levels of contact center leadership, comes at a time of evolving FCC and CFPB expectations.  Panelists represent a broad spectrum of experiences and specialties, bringing a diverse understanding of the relationships between maintaining compliance standards and satisfying all stakeholders.

On the significance of the panel, McNamara says, “Running a successful business has always involved challenges in identifying and maintaining a balance between budget restrictions, operational abilities and market demands while simultaneously growing revenue. For those of us in the Accounts Receivables industry, leaders are charged with juggling yet another challenge – changing compliance requirements. Compliance has always been the driver in structuring operations, but expectations are changing as the CFPB attempts to fulfill its mandate.  To add an extra level of complexity, the plaintiff’s bar has never been so active, with varying case law interpretations contributing to the mix.  This panel will involve leaders of some of the largest market players as they share critical information in lessons learned and best practices employed in staying ahead while staying compliant.

McNamara will join experts at this month’s 2013 FSCC conference in Chicago to discuss practical approaches to mitigate security risks, compliance violations and costs.
