RevSpring is pleased to announce John Telford as President of its Financial Services group.

LIVONIA, Mich., – RevSpring is pleased to announce the addition of John Telford as President of its Financial Services division. Telford brings over 20 years of senior leadership and deep industry knowledge of providing data, analytics, and workflow solutions to credit grantors and accounts receivables management organizations. He will work with industry leaders to deliver industry leading solutions.

As a pioneer in the Accounts Receivables Management (ARM) space, RevSpring was one of the first companies that merged traditional print and mail services with online payment portals, IVR, text messaging, and email—bringing to market an integrated multi-channel communication and payment platform to the industry. As a result, ARM agencies and other financial services organizations have relied on RevSpring as a partner that improves their revenue cycle and consumer payment experience.

“As RevSpring continues developing cutting-edge consumer engagement solutions, we are pleased to have John’s depth of knowledge, experience, and leadership as part of our executive leadership,” said Rahul Gupta, chief executive officer of RevSpring. “His knowledge of the financial services marketplace will strengthen RevSpring’s ability to effectively engage consumers and maximize accounts receivable opportunities.”

In this role, he was responsible for launching the TDX business in North America. TDX is an innovative first-party debt placement business that was acquired by Equifax in 2014. Prior to the acquisition, Telford had played key sales, marketing, operations and supplier/channel management roles in launching TDX in both UK and the US.  Prior to TDX/Equifax, Telford led businesses in the collections industry as well as B2B payments space.

“I am delighted to be joining the market leader in financial services communications and payments,” said Telford. “I look forward to strengthening RevSpring’s service to its clients with data-driven, intelligent solutions that will improve consumer engagement.”
