ALPHARETTA, GA – Redline Recovery Services, LLC (Redline) a leading provider of collection services, announced the opening of their second call center to be located in Houston, Texas. Redline is a subsidiary of ULQ, LLC. “We are expanding operations to meet growing customer demand and address the changing needs in the marketplace,” said Mike Fletcher, CEO and Manager of ULQ.


Redline will be opening a 250 seat call center, April 15th 2005 in Houston?s Southwest area.


ULQ has announced industry veteran John Powers has accepted the position of President of Redline Recovery Services, Houston. Powers will be responsible for the Houston start-up and ongoing operations. Powers comes to Redline with over 18 years of collection agency experience. Most recently, Powers served as operations manager of a Houston call center for Risk Management Alternatives, Inc. “We are excited to have John Powers on board,” said Jim Peters, COO of ULQ. “The skill sets, industry experience, and contacts will ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.”
