LiveVox, an on-demand voice portal company delivering robust outbound, inbound and automated call distribution voice applications for the billing and collections industry, announced that it has secured $5.0 million in Series F financing from existing investors, led by investor R&D Bauer Ventures, with participation from Bluefish Ventures, Lunsford Capital and individual investors. The funding will support the continued development of LiveVox’s on-demand, hosted voice portal solution that delivers integrated outbound, inbound and automatic call distribution applications. Funds will be used to increase market awareness, develop sales channels, expand engineering and enhance the build-out of LiveVox’s hosted infrastructure.

“LiveVox continues to make great strides in voice portal-based solutions,” said Doug Bauer of R&D Bauer Ventures. “The Company’s consistent and rapid growth has put LiveVox on the path to become the industry leader in voice applications and on-demand service. We are pleased to offer LiveVox the support to continue to expand its breadth of services and growing customer base through truly innovative technology.”

LiveVox experienced tremendous growth in 2007, significantly increasing both the number of customers and overall minutes of usage on its platform. As the need for a flexible, customizable on-demand solution increased, LiveVox introduced Voice Portal 3.0, the industry’s first complete, integrated hosted-dialing solution that allows companies to utilize multiple engagement models to reach customers, from the simplest form of automated voice messaging to agent-assisted campaigns, all from a single software platform.

Louis Summe, CEO of LiveVox, said “We are the only provider to offer an integrated on-demand system with a virtual hosted dialer, setting us apart from other vendors in the market."

LiveVox is the industry’s first provider to deliver on-demand outbound, inbound and automated call distribution voice solutions. By eliminating the cost and reliability barriers to VoIP adoption, LiveVox helps more than 60 customers in the collections and billings and call center industries quickly deploy their VoIP infrastructures without the need for complex IT integrations or additional hardware. LiveVox is headquartered in San Francisco.
