Mr. Baudoux joined Encore in May 2006 as Vice President of Information Technology. Prior to joining Encore, Mr. Baudoux was the founder and Chief Executive Officer for DrivAd, leading the company in the creation of a patent-pending advertising method allowing unparalleled cost savings for public, non-profit and government organizations. In prior roles with Elance, Covad Communications, and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Mr. Baudoux’s leadership guided these organizations in the development of their overall enterprise solutions including worldwide systems and planning integration activities for Fortune 100 companies, business process automation through online information systems, strategic business planning, application support and process reengineering.

Mr. Baudoux earned a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from Grande Ecoles, in Rouen, France and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Madrid in Spain.
