As a Collections Team Leader I coach 14 associates and act as a support system to ensure their success.
I’ve been with the company for over 5 years and have been an active participant in OSI University. A training and leadership development program that everyone at OSI can take advantage of. This company has put a lot of effort into my training and understanding of the business and will do the same for anyone who wants to advance their career.
