Mr. Sundaram joined our Company in October 2007 as Vice President —Information Services. Mr. Sundaram joined us from Comerica Bank where he held the position of Vice President —Information Services from 2002 to 2007. His responsibilities included strategic technology planning and information technology services for international affiliates. Mr. Sundaram has 20 years of experience in information technology management.
