Michael McDonnell, DANTOM Systems’ vice president for sales of the Eastern region, will be a presenter on the “Collections in the Mobile World” panel at the ACA Convention and Expo on July 19, 2012 in Hollywood, Fla.

McDonnell, a member of the ACA Board of Directors, will focus on effectively using mobile tags and QR codes in collection documents. The tags are free, easy to create and readable by any smart phone with the free app.

By including tags in collection documents, consumers can easily complete the desired response – whether dialing your call center or automated phone payment system as well as connecting to your online payment portal.

“Agencies across the country are successfully using tags and QR codes to drive the desired consumer response,” said McDonnell. “I am looking forward to sharing more about this effective tool that makes the collections process easier and more convenient for consumers.”

For those unable to attend the presentation, DANTOM offers a short online presentation about mobile tags and payment portals.
