In response to many, many questions from the debt collection industry (including from insideARM.com!) Debt Collection Drill podcast producers, attorneys John Rossman and Mike Poncin examine the role the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will play in supervising the debt industry and they provide specific information for preparing for CFPB audits and oversight.

I am sure its going to be great. No, not really. It will add cost and probably some confusion for a while. It will also pose another venue for litigation against debt collectors. Eventually it will affect everyone in the business. Just my opinion.
