Third Circuit Rules in Favor of Debt Collector in Font Size Case

Last Friday the Third Circuit Court of Appeals issued a per curiam, non-precedential, opinion in favor of a debt collector in a Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) case involving a claim that the validation notice in a letter “was not sufficiently prominent or readable to satisfy the requirements of § 1692g of the FDCPA.
