John was recruited to the organization by Steve Recchia, Executive Vice President at CBI. Nearly a year ago, Steve was appointed to redefine and refine the tactical growth strategy of CBI. Steve has been an ARM industry “who’s who” for over twenty-five (25) years, spending the bulk of his career with the former Enterprise Recovery Systems, Inc. (ERS) in various capacities, building an impeccable reputation among his peers and clients alike. To expand upon CBI’s evolution, Steve has also tapped Aleah Heath (née Raymond), as Director National Development, to continue to build the coast-to-coast footprint for CBI.

Steve remarked, “We are thrilled to have John join the management team. John’s proven ARM experience will be very impactful to our operational strategy as we strive to significantly enhance and expand our contact center solutions.”
