CHERRY HILL, N.J. -- James Beck, the new Chief Operating Officer at MRS, is a seasoned collection leader with over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining MRS, Jim ran the Operations for 13 years at Associated Recovery Systems, Inc. as well as the Operations and Analytics at Circuit City Stores, Inc. At MRS, Jim will lead the Operations, Quality Assurance, Training, and Customer Experience teams.
During his time at ARS as Vice President of Operations, Jim implemented numerous policies concentrated on technology utilization, analytic application, and team development. Through strategic enactment, Jim created efficiencies for call center operation, increased profit, developed agent success tools, and managed relationships with clients.

Furthermore, he brings a wealth of collection/call center experience and knowledge to our business. Having competed against Jim, and his former company, for many years, it is exciting to now have him on our team.”
At MRS, Jim will develop strategies to utilize investment in technology and analytics to develop call center process improvements that enhance customer experience and client performance. His keen attention to detail will enable the company to not only work harder, but smarter.

Jim specializes in business analytics and financial services accounts receivable. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Randolph-Macon College. Jim says, “It’s a strong team. I’m excited to join at MRS… I think the collection industry is changing very quickly, and I think we’ve got a team to be at the forefront of that change.”
