More than two-thirds of DCM Services employees, a total of 181 employees (67 percent) completed the survey. Questions measured employee satisfaction with the organization in four areas: alignment with goals, effectiveness, connection and management. DCM Services received its highest scores in the areas of management and encouraging new ideas.
