Julie has spent her entire career (25+ years) immersed in the sales and management areas of the higher education markets with deep levels of specialization regarding enrollment management, collections, federal and private loans, business office solutions and contact call centers.  As a Vice President of Sales for Windham, Julie will manage the company’s campus based solutions while also focusing on sales and business development, establishing partnerships with new clients and expanding Windham’s presence in new areas like first party and call center solutions for academic institutions.  Previously Julie worked directly in the ARM industry building new vertical lines of business and providing customized call center solutions such as inbound/outbound sales, and customized messaging to current and former students.  Julie also worked for over 20 years for Sallie Mae, with most of that time being directly related to education services and accounts receivable management.

Active in the Education Services Industry, Julie has served twice on the boards of the Coalition of Higher Education Assistance Organization (COHEAO) and the Minnesota Collection Network.  She has also proudly been on the board of the Michigan Association of Student Financial Services and the Lawhorn Scholarship Committee, while continuing her active memberships in several state and regional financial aid and business service organizations.
