Allied Global, a leading service provider in the accounts receivable management industry, is very pleased to announce the acquisition of Alliance iCommunications. Alliance provides inbound and outbound call center services specializing in customer care, customer acquisition & retention, and roadside assistance.

Alliance was founded in London, Ontario 20 years ago by Dave and Sheila LeClair and expanded to South Bend, Indiana in 2009. Mark LeClair joined the executive team as an owner in 2009, with the focus of expanding Alliance’s client base in North America. Dave LeClair said “Sheila and I made the decision last year that it was time to retire and enjoy some of our other passions that retirement will enable us to pursue. We are really happy with the progress we have made with our Company over the last several years, we have a great management team led by Mike Nolet, our COO, and we are really comfortable that our employees and clients will be in excellent shape as we join the Allied team. It was really important for us to find a company with a similar culture and business philosophy and we feel really good after spending significant time with the Allied leadership, that this has been achieved. I will stay with the business until the end of the year and Mark will remain with the Allied group, heading up business development for Alliance in North America.”

David Rae, President & CEO of Allied Global, is very happy to welcome the Alliance team members and clients to Allied. Rae said “Getting to know the management team at Alliance over the last couple of months gave me great confidence that the value the team brings to our growth plans really cemented everything we had learned about Alliance through our discussions with the LeClairs and our due diligence activities. Not only do we gain a great business, we gain first class client relationships at the same time.”

With the acquisition, Allied has 9 call centers in four countries, employing approximately 1,700 full time employees.
