NASHVILLE, Tenn., – Frost-Arnett today announced three new additions to its management team in response to the firm’s growth. Jason Meyer as Head of Business Development, Tammy Deason as Director of Human Resources and Alan Clayton as Director of First- Party Operations.

Jason Meyer

Meyer will coordinate a strategic review of all facets of our existing business as well as look for additional revenue opportunities. He has over 16 years of experience in investment banking and was most recently the head of Midwest sales for Nomura Securities. Meyer has provided research and investment advice to hedge funds, mutual funds and pension funds totaling more than $2 trillion under management. Additionally, he served as a CPA for KPMG after graduating from Indiana University before obtaining his M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University.

Tammy Deason

Deason will oversee all human resource functions including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, leadership development, compensation, benefits and organizational effectiveness. She brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources, organizational development and organizational transformation. Prior to joining Frost-Arnett, Deason held positions with several large international companies and private consulting firms, including AIG, Tyco International, Zale Corporation and Eco-Energy Global Biofuels. Deason holds a B.A. in English and International Languages from Southern Methodist University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Alan Clayton

Alan Clayton

Clayton oversees the operations and client services for Frost-Arnett’s First-Party/Early-Out Healthcare Division. He brings unique call center and healthcare accounts receivable management experience spanning the provider, payer and vendor industries from leading organizations including WellStar Health System, Delta Dental Insurance Company and, most recently, Emdeon. Clayton holds a B.S. in Business from Indiana State University.
