Las Cruces, New Mexico – Empereon Marketing, LLC and Constar Financial Services, LLC (Empereon-Constar), celebrated the fifteenth anniversary of the opening of its New Mexico call center. Located in Las Cruces, New Mexico, the modern, employee friendly contact center offers bilingual call center services on behalf of Fortune 500 clients and is proud to provide many jobs to the local economy.

Ribbon Cutting-Empereon-ConstarTo celebrate the 15 year anniversary, Bill Allen, Chamber President, Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce presided over the ribbon cutting ceremony. The Conquistadores, Goodwill Ambassadors for the Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce, were also on hand to assist with the ceremony.  Bill Allen stated, “The Chamber champions business of all kinds in southern New Mexico, but we are especially happy to trumpet the efforts of an organization like Empereon since their philosophy of giving back to the community mirrors ours.”

The event featured a tremendously successful job fair where more than 75 people turned out.  63 people submitted job applications and completed on-site interviews; with a total of 100 people to be hired after second interviews are finished.  The celebration continued with an Employee BBQ and special employee giveaways.  “Over the fifteen years since we opened our Las Cruces Center of Excellence, Empereon-Constar continues to grow at a phenomenal rate,” said Travis Bowley, founder and CEO Empereon-Constar, “An important part of that success is due to the leadership and talent of our Las Cruces based management team and employees.”

The 14,000-square-foot center opened its doors in May 2000 and offers bi-lingual call center services in an eco-friendly, well-designed work space offering employees a relaxed and efficient work place.  “We are extremely proud of our employees and leadership in Las Cruces,” said Don Christiano, Senior Vice President of Operations of Empereon-Constar. “They have worked very hard to make this center a success and Empereon-Constar into a significant employer in Las Cruces.”
