Woodland Hills, CA—Doug Gilman has recently been appointed by Greg A. Cohen, Caine & Weiner’s, President and CEO, to serve as the company’s Vice President of Quality Assurance and Staff Development, reporting directly to Mark Milstein, Chief Operating Officer, working out of the Dallas, TX office.

Doug has over 26 years of experience in the credit and collections industry. Prior to his new appointment, Doug held numerous Vice President of Operations positions for third party collection agencies and debt buyers. Doug is known for his strong leadership and negotiating skills. He will be working directly with management and the collection staff to improve efficiencies and productivity through his hands-on, high-energy approach that fosters an employment environment of highly motivated and productive teams. Doug’s responsibilities will also include expanding Caine & Weiner’s agent training programs and on-going quality assurance programs throughout the country to ensure that our clients continue to receive the best possible results in a compliant manner.

In continued alignment with the strategic intent contained in Caine & Weiner’s mission/vision statement, On-going investment in people, procedures, compliance and technology; Caine & Weiner is proud to announce another addition to our Operations Team. John Myers will now serve as Vice President, also reporting directly to Mark Milstein, Chief Operating Officer, initially working out of the Woodland Hills, CA office.

John will be responsible for the overall strategy and daily operations of the expanding operations team and will oversee the development and execution of portfolio-related strategies with an emphasis on managing collector work processes, scoring and segmentation. John will also be tasked with assessing and implementing growth strategies related to specific components of Caine & Weiner’s branch operations to capitalize on expansion opportunities.

John has over 18 years of management experience in the credit and collections industry. His specialties include team development and nurturing, account flow management and business process improvement.

His experience with nearly all aspects of distressed consumer and commercial debt collections, including a wide variety of debt types, will make him a valuable member of the Caine & Weiner Operation’s team.
