Any Offeror must have demonstrated experience in the collection of student loans. While experience with private loan collections would be preferable, other student loan collection experience will be considered.

The deadline for proposals is 4:30 p.m. (ET), Friday, March 27, 2015. But any inquires regarding proposals must be received by KHESLC two weeks prior, 4:30 p.m. (ET), Friday, March 13, 2015. KHESLC said it would submit replies to inquiries by the following Wednesday.
