Debt Management Partners (DMP) would like to introduce Darlene Hirsch as the Chief Compliance Officer.  In her new role, Darlene will be responsible for developing new communications channels and strategies designed to facilitate communications between consumers, vendors and clients in a compliant and effective manner. Drawing from her past experience with the Better Business Bureau, Darlene will also be responsible for creating communication channels between the company, consumers, clients and regulators to better facilitate the complaints management process between all interested parties.

Prior to joining the DMP team, Darlene Hirsch worked as the Chief Investigator for the Better Business Bureau of Upstate New York, where her responsibilities included opening investigations into businesses which included research and direct contact with the businesses management and staff. Investigations would conclude in a published report on the BBB site for public consumption.

“Darlene’s ability to see trends, and then work with businesses to avoid repetitive complaints, has brought her respect from regulators and the public alike.  Darlene’s many accomplishments, including the creation of joint ventures with the New York State Attorney General’s office and the Federal Trade Commission to create communication channels that bridged the gap between the business community, regulators and law enforcement make her uniquely qualified for her new role at Debt Management Partners.” Commented Chris Asbrock, COO of DMP.

Darlene has been married for 25 years to her husband Ward and lives in Buffalo, NY with their three sons where she enjoys an active and healthy lifestyle.
