Industry veteran Rakesh Kumar, a pioneer in global business process outsourcing (BPO) who most recently filled the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at iQor, has announced the formation of StrataEdge Pvt. Ltd. This new entity in turn has made a strategic investment in Astra Business Services Pvt. Ltd.  Astra was formerly a subsidiary of U.S. based Radius Solutions, of Jacksonville, Florida, and maintains a strategic partnership with that firm.

The formation of StrataEdge and its subsequent partnership with Radius Solutions gives credit grantors and servicers greater access to forward-thinking, global solutions not only to make their business processes more productive, but also to meet their needs for regulatory, compliance, and analytics-based solutions while enabling their operations to outpace the growing risk associated with consumer interaction across various communications channels.
