NCO Group Office Continues Charitable Efforts

NCO Group’s Getzville, N.Y. office steadily continues to make a difference in the lives of people in need.

Through the efforts of many associates, the NCO Getzville team has donated to several local and national charities thus far in 2011. These contributions have come in the form of charitable events, donations, and fundraising.

One of the highlights of Getzville’s recent fundraising campaigns was for the HITS Foundation (Helping Individuals To Smile). HITS provides financial, facility, and program support for underprivileged children and adults. NCO employees donated more than $2,000 to the HITS Foundation. The generosity of NCO employees was highlighted when HITS founder, Patrick Kaleta from the Buffalo Sabres, was present at NCO’s Getzville facility to accept the donation.

In addition to the HITS foundation, NCO Getzville recently contributed to The Food Bank of Western New York, Make-a-Wish Foundation, and several local associations. Employees also donated several thousand dollars to a national relief effort for those impacted by the recent devastating tornado in Joplin, Missouri.

NCO’s Getzville location has been in business since 1997 and employs over 400 people. This team serves customers in several market verticals, including financial services, education, government, and insurance.
