NCC Business Services of America, Inc. has announced it has retained Belinda Martin as a consultant, effective May 1, 2014.

In this role, Belinda will implement policies, procedures, and other best practices needed to help NCC implement any large-scale projects in higher education receivables management.

Dating to the mid 1990’s, Belinda has previously worked for large collection agencies in roles featuring increasing responsibility.  These have included long stints with Nationwide Credit and, most recently, Financial Asset Management Systems as a director of operations reporting to executive management to implement their directives on the U.S. Department of Education (ED) Private Collection Agency (PCA) contract. On the ED PCA contract, Belinda has increased rehabilitation dollars by more than 400%, overhauled key tracking processes related to rehabilitations, and provided training, coaching, mentoring of other staff.

NCC is a participant in the Fed Cetera network, a group of more than fifty pre-qualified companies seeking subcontracting opportunities on the ED PCA contract.
