Gila, LLC, a nationwide leader in receivables management and business process outsourcing solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of Doug Holt to its Executive team. Mr. Holt has been appointed Senior Vice President of Information Systems and Support. He is in charge of all systems, technology and infrastructure for the Company, and he will report directly to Bruce Cummings, CEO.

“As we continue to expand our offerings in the market, it is critical that we focus on technology to enhance our services and expedite the integration process for our clients,” said Bruce Cummings, Gila’s CEO. “Doug brings a remarkable knowledge of software and systems development, and we look forward to his immediate contributions to our growth,” he added.

Mr. Holt comes to Gila from the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) where he was Deputy CIO, Chief Information Security Officer, and Deputy Executive Director for statewide technology services. At the DIR, Mr. Holt also served as the Director of the e-Government and Web Services Division. Additionally, he has served as an agency CIO and an IT manager.

“As the Company continues its expansion, we are thrilled to have Doug on board. He is a tremendous asset for Gila to focus on the continued execution for our clients and exceeding their performance expectations,” Cummings added.

Mr. Holt earned his Masters in Information Systems, an MBA, as well as a Bachelors Degree in Legal Studies, all from the University of Pittsburgh.
