eFunds Corporation (NASDAQ:EFDS) , a leading provider of electronic payment, risk management, and related professional services, today announced a multi-year contract to provide customer contact services through its call centers in partnership with Risk Management Alternatives, Inc. (RMA), a leading provider of accounts receivable management services.


eFunds will use its resources in India to provide telephone customer service for RMA’s accounts receivable clients. eFunds began working earlier this month with an RMA client, a large credit issuer, on an early stage delinquency collection/customer service project. RMA expects additional clients to use the partnership services with eFunds in the coming months.

In addition to call center operations, eFunds offers a variety of other business process outsourcing services through its facilities and resources in three locations in India, including general accounting, payroll processing, customer invoicing and accounts receivable/payable.
