Elizabeth M. Adrian will be working in the Bankruptcy Department of the Detroit office. Ms. Adrian has a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science and Japanese from Western Michigan University (1997) and a J.D. from the University of Detroit-Mercy (2001). A member of the Michigan Bar Association, Ms. Adrian is licensed in the state courts of Michigan and admitted to practice before the US District Court – Eastern District of Michigan.
Jeffrey S. Golembiewski will be working in the Bankruptcy and Legal Departments of the Pittburgh office. Mr. Golembiewski has a B.A. in English and a B.A. in Romance Languages from the Virginia Military Institute (1985), and a J.D. from Thomas Cooley Law School (1991). Dennis J. Spyra, Esquire, previously employed him. A member of the Pennsylvania, Allegheny County, Washington County and Fayette County Bar Associations, Mr. Golembiewski is licensed in the state courts of Pennsylvania and admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the US District Courts – Western and Middle District of Pennsylvania, and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. Mr. Golembiewski is currently a member of the following Pennsylvania Bar Association Sections: General Practitioner, Attorney Discipline and Agriculture. He is a commissioned U.S. Naval Officer. Mr. Golembiewski is involved in Rotary and the Knights of Columbus. He has lectured to the elderly on how to keep their affairs in order and to high school seniors on how to manage finances. He has also been published in Sounding Brass (1985) and Benchmark “Rural Prospectives of Sole Practice from a Self Proclaimed Country Lawyer or How I Stopped Worrying and Learned to Love Rural Practice” (Sept. 1994).
