USCI, Inc. Launches TelCollect, Inc.

USCI, Inc. (OTC USCM.OB) announced the launch of its new subsidiary, TelCollect, and the successful deployment of its subsidiary?s cutting-edge technology designed to substantially increase its clients? recovery of receivables through its advanced web-based platform on November 3,2000.

After 6 months of development and testing, TelCollect has successfully launched its strategic receivables management services platform which will provide for its clients such services as fraud detection and management, early stage through tertiary account third party collections, letter series, skip tracing, consumer payment arrangement monitoring programs, and fee collection services, for the telecommunications, medical, bank card and financial services industries. A separate division specializes in commercial accounts.
