Collection Agency Launches Large Expansion in MO, Adding 400 Jobs

St. Charles, MO – Client Services Inc. has launched a $7 million expansion at its headquarters in St. Charles, the Economic Development Center of St. Charles County said Wednesday.

The company is building a 40,000 square-foot customer service and call center immediately east of its three-year-old headquarters at 3451 Truman Blvd. The building, designed by Arcturis and constructed by Paric Corp., is scheduled to open in August.

Client Services expects to add 400 workers to its employee base of 425 due to current market conditions, it said.

In addition, some of the company’s partners plan to spend $3 million to build a 25,000 square-foot retail center that would house a day care, workout facility and restaurant, next to the new building.

Client Services provides accounts receivable management services to companies nationwide.
