KM2 announced today a client expansion that requires immediately adding 150 FTE to its call center located in St Lucia, West Indies. “This is a significant event in the evolution of KM2,” noted Paul Farinacci, Chief Marketing Officer and Partner. “The fact that a major credit grantor selected our company validates our business model, value proposition, and ability to deliver superior results to our customers”.

The company noted that as a result of its rapid growth additional call centers would more than likely be added by the end of 2005. Although they would not disclose the exact location of those centers they indicated they are evaluating sites in both Central America as well as in the Caribbean.
