BEVERLY, MA – Castel, Inc., a leading supplier of contact center solutions, today announced the release of the newest enhancements to their flagship predictive dialer, Castel Connects™, including the powerful Castel Software Development Kit (SDK).

Some of the enhancements built into Castel Connects 2.08 include:
- Castel Connects SDK — A powerful software devolvement kit that allows rapid development and integration of CTI functionality with Contact Center applications.
- Enhanced Blend — Functionality that allows customers to dynamically design inbound call strategies “on the fly” (as the calls come in), reducing average time to answer, and significantly lowering overall abandoned call rates.
- Dynamic List Management Strategies and Controls — Gives the power directly to contact center managers to optimize or change calling lists in real time, based on user-defined business rules, increasing agent calling productivity.
