One of Arizona Center’s newest and largest tenants is Collectcorp Inc., a Toronto-based debt-collection company that works throughout North America.
The company is opening a new regional office in former restaurant space on the second floor at Arizona Center with the expectation of employing 200 people.
After considering traditional office space, Collectcorp executives chose the Arizona Center because of its downtown Phoenix location and access to parking as well as restaurants, said Phil Breidenbach, a senior vice president at Colliers International who brokered the lease.
